This is a production tester for computer grade electrolytic capacitors. It is used but in a good working condition. The heavy gage all aluminum case, large precision mechanical Simpson meter movement, robust design makes this instrument practically indestructible. This tester allows very fast go no-go checking and reconditioning of large computer grade electrolytic capacitors with top double screw terminals. It is easy to use and increases productivity substantially over regular manual test lead setup. Schematic and user instruction included. Excellent for many other electronic hobby projects.
