This genuine, rare, vintage, historical, fully functional, Heathkit IB-101 solid state frequency counter uses a digital crystal controlled time base and it is outfitted with a high visibility five digit Nixie tube display. This counter has a 1 Megohm input impedance and it has a conservative measurement range of 1 Hz to 15 MHz. Measurements can be read directly to eight digits from the large, pleasant, neon red display. This instrument has an outstanding sensitivity (100 to 250 mV rms across its entire range) and it is exceedingly useful for serious circuit development and for experimentation. This IB-101 is well maintained and it is in excellent working condition. The heavy gage all aluminum case, robust design and dependable solid state circuitry makes this instrument practically indestructible. Made by the once well known Heathkit Company.
