Johnson 62022 Motor DC PM Permanent Magnet High Torque Sleeve Bearings Precision

This is a precision made, PM Permanent Magnet, high torque DC motor with two push-on terminals. Motor is made by Johnson. The three millimeter diameter shaft is eighteen millimeters long. Motor starts to rotate at 1.5 Volt. Load current is about 0.4 Ampere. This motor drives many loads smoothly and with a small PM or stepping motor and a rubber band as a belt it would make a classy but simple precision, low distortion sine-wave generator, a nice generator with a small windmill or some other great science project.
