Johnson Motor DC PM Permanent Magnet High Torque Gear Bronze Bearings Precision

This is a precision made, PM Permanent Magnet, high torque DC motor with an attached gear. Motor is made by Johnson. It has no additional numbers anywhere. The two millimeter diameter shaft has a 10 toothed attached gear. Motor starts to rotate at 1.5 Volt. Load current is about 0.8 Amperes without any load. This motor drives many loads smoothly and with a small PM or stepping motor and a rubber band as a belt it would make a classy but simple precision, low distortion sine-wave generator, a nice generator with a small windmill or some other great science project.
