Sankyo BFJ9B01D Motor DC Shielded Precision Attached Brass Pulley Shock Mounts

This is a well made, precision Sankyo low Voltage DC motor BFJ9B01D with shock mounts. Motor has some numbers on the body: BFJ9B01D and 30926A. The 2 millimeter diameter shaft has an attached brass pulley. The two terminal motor starts to rotate at 0.5 Volt. Load current is about 0.05 Amperes. This motor drives many loads smoothly and with a small PM or stepping motor and a rubber band as a belt it would make a classy but simple precision, low distortion sine-wave generator, a nice generator with a small windmill or some other great science project.
