This is a nicely made, precision, muliphase, Permanent Magnet (PM), capstan driver DC motor with a pulley and sleeve bearings. The motor is mounted on a metal faceplate. Motor driver IC is the Matsushita M51782ASP multiphase driver chip. It runs super quiet with very low power. It is a fine replacement part or it makes a nice science or show-and-tell project.
