These are some rare, genuine RCA made Silicon High-Voltage NPN Transistors in a MIL Metal JEDEC TO-39 Package in new unused condition. These high reliability units has gold plated case and wire leads. These transistors are made for Amplifier and Small Signal industrial and commercial applications. They are planar construction for low noise and leakage and have low saturation voltage. These devices made many years ago. They have a VCE=45 V, capable to handle a 1 Ampere continuous collector current, a unity Gain Bandwidth product FTmin=100 MHz and a 5 Watts maximum power dissipation and a minimum DC beta of 30 with a collector current of 1 mA.
