These are some rare, genuine Motorola or Fairchield made 2N3468 Silicon High-Voltage P-N-P Transistors in a MIL hermetic Metal JEDEC TO-5 or TO-31 Package in factory new unused condition. These high reliability units has gold plated case and wire leads. These transistors are made for High Speed Switching and Small Signal industrial and commercial applications. They are Planar construction for low noise and leakage and have low saturation voltage. They have a VCE=50 V, capable to handle a 1 Ampere continuous collector current, a unity Gain Bandwidth product FTmin=150 MHz and they have a 1 Watt maximum power dissipation and a minimum DC beta of 25 with a collector current of 500 mA.
