These are some rare find of genuine Faircield made 2N3565 Silicon N-P-N Transistors in a covar TO-92 Package. These lightly used vintage units have gold plated wire leads. These transistors are made for Amplifier and Small Signal industrial and commercial applications. They are Planar construction for low noise and leakage and have low saturation voltage. They have a VCE=25 V, capable to handle a 0.05 Ampere continuous collector current, a unity Gain Bandwidth product FTmin=40 MHz and they have a 0.2 Watts maximum power dissipation and a minimum DC beta of 150 with a collector current of 1 mA.
