These high reliability units has gold plated case and wire leads. These medium power transistors are made for High Speed Switching and General Purpose industrial and commercial applications. They are Planar construction for low noise and leakage and have low saturation voltage. They have a VCE=65 V, capable to handle a 1 Ampere continuous collector current, a unity Gain Bandwidth product FTmin=60 MHz and they have a 7 Watt maximum power dissipation and a minimum DC beta of 50 with a collector current of 150 mA.
