74LS04 Hex Inverter Raytheon Low Power Shottky TTL Logic IC Digital MIL 1975 Vintage

These rare, collectible, working, nostalgia items are genuine Raytheon Semiconductor made, early Low Power Shottky TTL (Transistor Transistor Logic) Logic 74LS04 Hex Inverter units in unused condition. Although they are not the first IC (Integrated Circuit) made, but they are first generation LS parts as shown by the early 1975 date code. Not very many available. These ICs are made in a covar 14 pin DIP dual-inline package with tin plated leads. They are excellent for a longevity study, experimentation, special circuit design or for factory new replacement parts for vintage equipment restoration. These are real hard to find collector's choice semiconductors.
