3RP1 RCA Oscillograph Type Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) Reference Picture Information
This is a classic, hard to find RCA 3RP1 Oscillograph Type Static Deflection Cathode Ray Tube (CRT). It is directly from the Second World War years. This tube was the foundation of the earliest US made oscilloscopes, radar scopes and visual display based laboratory measuring instruments. For more details see pages 24, 25 and 26 of RCA-CRPD-105A publication (Photosensitive devices and Cathode-Ray tubes). This popular tube is a hard to find replacement for amateur or commercial built measuring devices. This tube is no longer available!
