This is a genuine, vintage, discontinued GE 50Y7GT Vacuum Rectifier-Doubler electron tube. Developed for half wave rectifiers as power supply tube for ac/dc radio receivers and special purpose circuits. It is also useable as a voltage doubler. Useful for radio restoration projects, a conversation piece or to set up a private vacuum tube museum. It is a NOS tube - New Old Stock, discontinued, unused, boxed, excellent condition.
