This is an original cold cathode Delco 0Z4 Full-Wave Gas Rectifier Electronic Tube. It is a rare antique, hard to find, classic collector's special vacuum tube. At one time these metal type tubes used in many special circuits and old timer receivers, transmitters and transcievers.
