This is a genuine, vintage, dicontinued GE 117Z6GT Electronic Tube in it's original box. A collector's special, antique vacuum tube. This tube typically used as half wave rectifiers as power supply tube for ac/dc radio receivers and special purpose circuits. It is also used as a voltage doubler. Excellent for restoration projects, a conversation piece or to set up a private vacuum tube museum.
