This is an original Sylvania 6AF4A High-Mu Triode Electronic Tube. A collector's special vacuum tube. This tube useable as local oscillator in VHF television receivers in the range of 470-890 MHz. Naturally a High-Mu triode can be used for many other special purpose circuits like oscillators and RF amplifiers.
